For non-perishable commodities, respective brand owners will be responsible for
the quality of product. In such cases, you can lodge complaints on them through
us.
2. The perishable
commodities displayed on the site and the actual products delivered will be similar
and may not be exact replicas as these items are hand-made and can vary. However,
in all such cases the quantity specified in the order will be provided as desired.
3. If ordered flowers
/ cake /sweets / chocolates are not available in the respective city or town,
we shall deliver alternate flowers / cake /sweets of desired quality and
equal to (or greater than) order value.
4. Delivery schedule varies between
same day delivery to delivery within three business days depending on the
destination city or town. In all major cities we can deliver on the same
day and within three business days in all other places. If
no delivery date is specified in the order form then the order shall be delivered
within 1 business day for Class A cities and within 3 business days for Class
B cities of receipt of the order.
5. Delivery of certain branded items
may not be possible/delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as
product
is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases,
similar product, nearest to the description will be delivered. Also, conformance
would be seeked from the customer for the same through e-mail before the delivery
of the order.
6. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances
will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made.
7. The owner of the site retains the right to
refuse any order unconditionally.
8. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction
of Court at Haryana, Maharashtra only.
9. Request for cancellation
of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can

10. If the shipping address is incorrect and recipient is also un-reachable on
phone OR if no one is available to accept the delivery of the perishable gift
item (when delivery attempt is made) then in such cases the order will be assumed
as executed & no refund will be made.
11. While placing an order, please provide us
with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

number of the hotel.

Name
of Tour company, if applicable.

address of the hospital.

address of recipient with phone number.
12.
If there is no one available at the shipping address (to accept the
delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered
late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.
13. If the recipient has not checked in
at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left
at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the
person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed
as executed & no refund will be made in such cases.
14. If Flower Plaza is unable to deliver your order,
then complete refund will be made.
15. Flower
Plaza has taken every care for the accuracy of the information provided in the
site. It has exercised due diligence in providing the latest products/information.
However, Flower Plaza or its employees or its affiliates are not responsible for
the loss or damage caused to any of the users due to the information inadvertently
provided in the site.

16. Quantities/ sizes specified on the site are indicative in nature and hence
there can be slight variations in the delivered item, depending on the availablity
of the gift items.

The
delivered item for the
product categories 'Watches' and 'Apparels' may/ may not be exact replica of the
images shown on the website (depending on the availability of the ordered gift
item). Hence in such a case the delivered gift item for these 2 product categories
(i.e. Watches
and Apparels) shall be similar/ close-replica
to the image shown for the ordered gift item.
18. For
delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Mariage Halls, we may not be able
to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessability
of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery
is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide
you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.
19.
Genunity of information & interest of making payments:
The customer promises
that the information provided to Flower Plaza is true, correct and accurate. The
customer also agrees to pay all charges incurred by them and
users of your account and credit cards or other payment mention at
prices in effect when such charges are incurred.
The
customer agrees to defend indemnity & hold Flower Plaza and its affiliates harmless
from all liabilities & expenses including attorneys fee related
to any violation of this agreement by them and also for
the use of the services or transmission of any message
or information by them Flower Plaza may modify this agreement from time to time
without giving any prior information.
