1.   All the prices are in U.S. dollars and the gifts from this section can be delivered anywhere in the
       world except for those places where they cannot be delivered due to local laws of that country.

2.   All the prices are inclusive of delivery charges for global delivery and you do not have to pay
      anything  EXTRA  as shipping charges.

3.  Please allow us a delivery time of two to four weeks for international delivery.

4.   If the Customs authority of your country charges a duty tax on your order, you will be contacted
      or billed by them directly, and you will be responsible for this charge. This means that any
    Customs Duties if levied by the custom authorities of the recipients country, are to be paid by the
    recipient in their respective country.
 

5.   RETURN POLICY

    We do our best to make sure you never need to use this policy. But if you are unhappy with your
    order for any reason, we will be happy to make an exchange. (  A simple refund is not possible   
    due to the costs incurred in procuring and then shipping the order.  )

    If you want to exchange an item received by you we request you to take the following steps :-

 a )   Please inform us immediately ( within 24 Hrs. ) that you want to make an exchange .
 b )   Please return the item to us in the original packaging  at your expense , using the shipping
         method of your choice within seven days of your receipt of the item.
 c )   We will examine the item to figure out what went wrong and then communicate with you about
         your wishes to make sure that you will be happy with the exchange.
 d )  Then, at our expense, we will ship your free replacement to you.

 e )  In case of Torans, there may be a slight variation in the design or the colour of the material used , since
        these are Handicraft Items  and this cannot be the ground for an exchange. Even then if you wish to do so,
        we may do the exchange as per the clause " B " of this section.  

6.   In case of Sarees, dresses and other textile items , the color shown in the website may not be
     the exact color of the original item due to the limitations of the electronic media and sometimes
     you may even feel  a slight change in the design of the saree or a dress or a bed linen. However,
     there will no change in the quality and variety of the item.

7.  We will try our level  best for a prompt delivery; However we will not be responsible for a   
      delayed/early delivery for whatever  reason. We also reserve the right to partially / fully cancel
      any order and in such a case our sole responsibility will be only up to refunding the original
      amount  paid by the customer to us.
